INCLUDES:

  • 3 HR minimum, with set-up and breakdown time included in the reserved timeframe.

  • Day rate: $850, (includes 8 hours). Overtime priced at $75/HR rate.

  • All day access: $1,250 (includes 24 hours).

Photoshoots

Photoshoots, film or video shoots, dance shoots, content shoots.

starting at:

$75/HR

INCLUDES:

  • 3 HR minimum, with set up and breakdown time included in the reserved timeframe.

  • Day rate: $500, (8 hours included. Overtime priced at $125/HR rate.

  • All day access: $750 (24 hour included).

  • Additional charges may apply depending on guest count, nature of event and use of facilities.
